Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon reportedly arrested in Montenegro

In keeping with a post from Filip Adzic, minister of the inside of Montenegro, a person suspected of being Terra Luna co-founder Do Kwon has been arrested inside the territory of the Balkan nation on Mar. 23.
