
Money and cocaine seized at a residence on Cedarbrook Highway in Jonesville.
The Yadkin County Sheriff’s Workplace arrested a Jonesville man on Jan. 4 following a site visitors cease on Windsor Highway in Hamptonville. The cease was a part of a narcotics investigation and authorities reported that the driving force, 46-year outdated Arnulfo Torres Aguilera, was in possession of cocaine.
A search warrant was obtained following the site visitors cease and served at Aguilera’s residence on Cedarbrook Highway in Jonesville through the early morning hours of Jan. 5. On the residence detectives situated greater than 9 ounces of cocaine, $13,016 in US forex, and different drug paraphernalia.
Aguilera was charged with two felony counts of Trafficking in Cocaine, two felony counts of Possession with Intent to Manufacture Promote and Ship Cocaine, two felony counts of Sustaining a Dwelling/Car for the Sale of Cocaine, one felony rely of Possession of a Schedule II Managed Substance, one misdemeanor rely of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one misdemeanor rely of No Operators License.
Aguilera obtained a $100,000 secured bond and had a primary court docket look scheduled for Jan. 5.
